The last few days have been rough.
CyberOcto Pay has been offline, and I want to be honest about why. A wave of chargebacks, fraud claims, and false reporting created serious damage across multiple parts of our business. CyberOcto Pay only sold gift card codes, but outside claims and processor issues triggered a chain reaction that impacted far more than one company.
This situation did not just take CyberOcto Pay offline. It also led to the full shutdown of our soap company, over $10,000 in fines, holds on incoming funds from merchant sites, and even restrictions affecting personal banking accounts. We have also had to deal with legal and financial fallout that no small business should have to carry alone.
What hurts the most is this: we built CyberOcto Pay to help people. We stepped in, supported others, and tried to create something useful. In return, some of that support was met with hostility, false claims, and actions that caused real harm to our businesses and our family.
And to be fully transparent, CyberOcto Pay has not made a single dollar from any of the work we have put into it. At this point, it is very possible we never will. Even so, we are still committed to doing right by the merchants who trusted us. We will make sure they get what is theirs, just as we have always committed to do.
But we are still here.
We are not hiding. We are not quitting. We are handling it, fighting it properly, working through the legal and banking issues, and rebuilding the right way.
Now for the important part: CyberOcto Pay is coming back, and it is coming back stronger.
What’s next for CyberOcto Pay
1. Expanded processing options
We are bringing in additional processors so CyberOcto Pay can operate with stronger reliability, better protection, and more safeguards against abusive chargebacks and bad actors.
2. Private label CyberOcto Pay
We will be offering a private label version that businesses can run under their own brand, with their own processors in the background, backed by our support.
3. A new CyberOcto branch
We are building a new branch of CyberOcto Pay with banking and technology partnerships that will open the door to a more stable and scalable future.
As for our soap company, yes, I am upset. We were forced to close it, and that is painful. But we will rebuild it, and when we do, it will come back better.
TNR Development Studio will also be accepting new clients again after next week. We already have a strong list of pending clients waiting to move forward, and we have more in progress through CyberOcto Network and other projects behind the scenes.

A huge thank you to Junior from Mapping Aminos. Junior, we love you, and I was honestly shocked by the birthday gift you sent. It meant a lot.
I even got out hiking today and picked up supplies so I can get my bikes cleaned up and ready again. The plan is to get back into indoor cycling a few times a week, and I’ll be streaming that over on Twitch at Twitch.tv/tnrinthewild.
We are also planning our cross-country Jeep trip for the entire month of June, and that is going to be epic.

Health update
I want to be transparent here too. I am doing fair, but I have some health issues I need to take seriously. For years I have dealt with light blackout episodes, and now I am having some newer symptoms that need medical attention. I’ll be seeing my doctor this week.
Because of that, I am moving to stricter scheduled business hours so I can protect my health and still stay consistent with work.
