TNRintheWild is a membership-based platform providing access to exclusive blog posts, stories, updates, experiences, photography, videos, and other digital content covering cycling, travel, tech, culture, off-road adventures, home gym, music, motivation, and everyday life.
Because our memberships provide access to digital content and services, the following Refund & Returns Policy applies.
1. Membership Payments
Membership fees are charged according to the membership plan selected at the time of purchase.
By subscribing to a membership, you authorize TNRintheWild to charge the applicable membership fee according to the billing frequency and payment terms presented during checkout.
All prices are displayed before you complete your purchase.
2. Digital Content
TNRintheWild provides primarily digital content and membership access.
Because digital content can be accessed immediately after a membership is activated, membership purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
We do not accept returns of digital content, blog posts, downloadable materials, or other digital membership benefits.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future recurring membership charges, but it does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
Unless otherwise stated, you will generally retain access to your membership benefits until the end of the period that you have already paid for.
4. Accidental or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged accidentally, charged more than once, or charged an incorrect amount, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, correct the charge or issue a refund.
5. Technical Problems
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your membership or purchased digital content, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue.
Where a significant technical problem prevents access to the membership service and cannot reasonably be resolved, we may, at our discretion, provide an appropriate refund or account adjustment.
6. Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a membership payment was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately.
We may request information necessary to investigate the transaction and determine the appropriate resolution.
7. Refund Requests
Refund requests should include:
- Your name
- Email address associated with your TNRintheWild account
- Date of the transaction
- Transaction or order information, if available
- A brief explanation of the reason for your request
Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
8. Membership Promotions
Promotional memberships, discounted subscriptions, special offers, or complimentary memberships may have additional terms.
Unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase, promotional pricing does not change the general refund policy described above.
9. Changes to Membership Plans
TNRintheWild may introduce, modify, replace, or discontinue membership plans or membership benefits from time to time.
Where changes materially affect a recurring membership, we may provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
