Heads up: August 3rd through August 8th, power at the TNR Development Studio Arizona HQ will be intermittently on and off due to scheduled power and solar upgrades.

This is planned work involving contractors and coordination with the city, and it may cause brief outages throughout the week.

What stays the same

You can continue operating as normal on your side. Our systems and workflow will still be running, and you can still reach us through our standard channels:

• Task Link: will remain accessible — please continue submitting tasks as usual

• Email Support: continue emailing requests as normal

If you have work you already know you’ll need that week, submitting it early through the task link is always helpful.

What may be impacted

Because the office power may be cycling on/off, verbal communications with HQ will be very limited during this window (calls may be difficult and response timing may vary).

You may also notice we’re a little slower than usual on replies during Aug 3–8 while the upgrades are being completed.

Emergencies

If there’s a true emergency (site down, email down, checkout broken), submit it through the task link/email with “URGENT” in the subject/title so it’s easy for the team to prioritize.
