Hey everyone,
Today is day 2 with absolutely no beer or anything else to dull the pain in my body. For the first time ever, I also started trying peptides—thanks to a great friend who sent me some Wolverine BP-157 and TB500 to help for a few weeks. I ordered another kit right after my first try. I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing friends I have around the world—especially those with peptide businesses—who are always looking out for me and helping me manage my health and pain.
As the pain got worse today, I was tempted to reach for a beer, but instead I decided to keep moving. I managed half a mile on the treadmill, and even though I’m so sore I can barely stand or walk, I made sure to get out and walk for 45 minutes at Walmart (using a buggy to help me stand), and did the same at the grocery store. Every chance I had, I pushed myself a little more, no matter how much it hurt. Even with the morning headaches and soreness, it’s been a good day, and I’m especially thankful for all the friends who checked in on me after a rough weekend. That support truly makes a difference and outweighs the tough moments.
It’ll be a few days before I can get back on the bike, but that day is coming soon—within the week. I’ll also be setting specific times to stream my bike rides on Twitch (twitch.com/tnrinthewild) to share my progress and hopefully inspire others.
Now I’d love to hear from you! How do you push through tough days or stay motivated when things get hard? What helps you keep moving forward? Please drop a comment below—let’s get a real conversation going and help each other grow this community. The more voices we have, the stronger we get!
Thanks for being here and being part of this journey.
Stay wild,
TNR
