Thank You, Community – Honest Updates & New Directions

Hey everyone,

First and foremost, I want to thank the amazing supporters here on Patreon. Your encouragement and positivity truly keep me going, especially on the tough days. I also want to give a huge shoutout to our incredible team at TNR Development Studio—your dedication, creativity, and hard work are the backbone of everything we do. And an extra special thank you to my life partner, who’s been stepping up more and more as Project Manager at TNR Development Studio. The goal is for her to eventually work solely with our company, and seeing her embrace this role means the world to me.

Health, Pain, and Real Talk

I want to be honest about where I’m at: the cold weather has been brutal on my body. Arthritis hits every joint, my neck and spine ache, and the phantom pain from my hip replacement gets worse when the metal gets cold. It’s a daily struggle, and lately, the pain has been especially tough.

For a while, I’ve been having a few beers each day—not for fun, but just to dull the pain. “Kilt Lifter” is my favorite, but I’ve realized I’m not even enjoying it anymore. So, I’m making a change: I’m taking a break from using beer as a pain solution, and I’m going to face the pain head-on as much as I can. I’m not one for pain pills or anything negative for my body, so this is a big step. I’ve also started talking to several peptide companies about my struggles, and there may be some hope on that front.

Pushing Forward – Exercise, Cycling, and Teamwork

Despite the pain, I’m slowly getting back into daily exercise and working toward getting on my bike again. The aches and pains have been extreme lately with the cold front, but I’m determined to keep pushing. The next few weeks will be a real challenge as I force myself to make time for cycling and prioritize my health.

Meanwhile, our team at TNR Development Studio is working hard to establish a fair daily schedule, instead of running around the clock 24/7. I’m proud of the family we’ve built—both our core team and our extended family of clients around the world. The support, camaraderie, and shared victories mean everything to me.

Cycling for a Cause

This year, I’ve signed back up for the Great Cycle Challenge (https://greatcyclechallenge.com/riders/TNRintheWild) cycling to support kids fighting cancer. It’s an honor to be part of this mission, and every mile I ride matters.

But there’s more: this year, I’m also cycling for a friend of my best friend whose child is struggling with papillary thyroid carcinoma. If you’d like to support this cause, you can find more information here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/papillary-thyroid-carcinoma-h5xw9

These causes remind me why I push through the pain, why I get back on the bike, and why community matters so much. When we ride together, we’re not just pedaling—we’re making a real difference in someone’s life.

Growing the Community

TNRintheWild isn’t just about me—it’s about all of us. I want this space to be a real, supportive community where we can share our struggles, celebrate our wins, and encourage each other to keep moving forward, no matter what life throws at us. If you know someone who’d appreciate honest updates, real-life stories, and a community that cares, invite them to join us here. Every new face makes us stronger.

Thank you again for being part of this journey. Your support is what keeps me fighting, pedaling, and believing in better days ahead. More updates, stories, and community moments coming soon.

Stay wild, TNR
