Hey everyone,
Just a quick update to keep everyone in the loop about how we’re managing things at TNR Development Studio and what’s ahead for TNRintheWild.

Studio Hours & Emergencies
Our official hours are 8am – 3pm MST, Monday through Friday. Outside of these hours, we’re available for true emergencies only—like website hacks (rare!), server outages (which almost never happen on our hosting), or helping out with project launches if you go live on a Friday and need a hand over the weekend. For non-emergency requests after hours, our hourly rate applies.
We have a task board where all clients can submit requests, and everything moves quickly during business hours. Setting these boundaries helps us serve everyone efficiently and keeps things running smoothly for all our clients.
Why We Set Boundaries: Client Success & Team Well-Being
Our clients are like extended family to us. The whole team genuinely wants to see every client succeed, and that means everything. Honestly, it’s why we end up working around the clock and thinking about ways to benefit our clients—even outside the office. We care so much about making sure everyone is happy and taken care of, and these hours and boundaries aren’t just for clients; they’re reminders for ourselves, too, so we don’t burn out and can keep showing up at our best for everyone.
Some of our clients, we just chat with all the time to keep the friendship going. We don’t look at them as “clients”—we actually care. Most of our clients, we visit when we’re off-roading cross country, go to dinner with often, and genuinely enjoy their company. Over the many years of TNR Development Studio’s existence, we’ve made a ton of friends, and we plan on being part of all of our clients’ lives for the foreseeable future.
Azeban: Building Something Epic
One thing we’re really proud of is Azeban, a software we developed to help the peptide industry when credit card processors dropped them. We built it because we didn’t want to see these businesses lose everything. It’s software we created, but we don’t own it—it’s owned by a processing company. We spend a ton of time helping all clients using Azeban because we love what we made and want to keep making it better for everyone who uses it. That said, we don’t have all the answers on things like payout rules and guidelines—that’s the processing company’s domain. We’re the builders, they’re the operators. But our passion for this software and our clients’ success is 100% real, and we’re committed to supporting everyone using it.
Health, Cycling, and Getting Back on Track
On a personal note, my health has been a complete mess for a long time now, but I want to get back to long-distance cycling more than I want to have air in my lungs. I’m working on getting my diet back together and posting these updates not just to keep you all in the loop, but to help hold myself accountable and stay on track. My plan to stream indoor cycling on Twitch is part of that—it’ll help keep me motivated and hopefully inspire others too.
But honestly, every ride I’ve tried to do lately, I’ve been stopped in my tracks by after-hours calls or texts—sometimes from folks who just don’t have clocks. That’s why these boundaries matter so much. I want to get healthy again and share that journey with all of you.
Life Outside the Studio: Wellness & Community
Outside of work, I’m making it a priority to get back to what I love—fitness, cycling, gym days, running, hiking, and some Jeep adventures. I’m especially excited to ramp up indoor cycling on Zwift and really focus on getting healthy again.
And here’s the fun part: I’m planning to start streaming some of my rides on Twitch! If you’re interested in cycling, wellness, or just want to hang out and chat, I’d love to have you join the stream. It’s a great way to share healthy habits, connect with the community, and keep things positive and motivating—whether you’re a cyclist or just want to be part of the journey.
After hours, we’re recharging, enjoying life, and focusing on what matters most. Thanks for understanding and supporting these boundaries—it helps us show up at our best for you and for ourselves.
Here’s to more balance, new goals, and good times ahead! Hope to see you on the ride or in the chat soon.
