A lot of pain today! My bike guy Dave is coming tomorrow to look over my bike to make sure the frame is okay. Our local bike shop has the wheels I need, woohoo, its gonna costs a pretty penny. One day at a time and all I can think about is riding my bike. Hugs all! #cycling #health #bikecrash

Crashed my road bike due to tree branch debris in the bike path. Im home from the hospital gonna recover as fast as I can. Bike severely damaged and my clavicle is broken along with chest contusions and more. Im looking at 6-8 weeks to recover and be able to use my right arm. #cycling #bikecrash #health
